Comments: Comfort Solutions came to my aid in a pinch (same day service). I had just self installed a smart a few thermostats at my place, but 2 of them were not working as expected (only pushing out hot air, and the fan wouldn't shut off). It was also a really hot day. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, tried a few configurations for the thermostats and eventually figured out the problem. The system wasn't that old but it was wired in a weird, and inconsistent way between all the thermostats in the house. In the end, the charge was very reasonable, because even though they spent a lot of time at the house, the fix itself was not that costly. Through the entire service, it was very easy to talk to the technician, he explained everything and answered all questions - it was almost like talking to someone I had known for a while. They also recommended another fix that was not urgent, but something I should keep in mind. They were not even pushy about it - but I will definitely call them when I am ready for the fix.

Comments: We originally called them for a furnace repair and ended up going signing on with them for an annual maintenance agreement for our HVAC system and have not regretted that decision. We find their service exceptional and prices reasonable. Office staff is wonderful to work with and we are able to request and book the same tech for each maintenance visit. Comments: I have a Mr. Cool ductless mini split that required R410A. It is not a big unit (size of a suitcase), so did not need much to refill. Comfort Solutions was not only easy to work with, prompt on getting back to me, on time, excellent tech service, but also the best out of pocket cost to that I found after calling around in the Atlanta area. Some Heat/AC companies are just out to gouge your pockets, not this company. I will definitely call on Comfort Solutions in the future!

Comments: I had a 25 yr. old furnance which was not igniting properly. They came out immediatly in Oct 2017, cleaned it out and fired it up. I knew I would have to replace it at some juncture. When I turned on my heat this past October, I could smell natural gas. I called them immediately. Once again, they came to my home within an hour or so and I made the decsion to replace the furnance. Comments: Comfort Solutions is honest and professional HVAC contractor. They were my “second opinion” contractor. They fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. The problem was a simple wire connection issue and according to the technician was extremely obvious. The first contractor that looked at it said they needed to order parts and it would cost approximately $700. Comfort Solutions corrected the wire connection and charged me $48 for the service call.

They cleaned my system and all is functioning well so far. I live in a 2nd floor condo, so the heat pump can be difficult to access from both sides. Comfort Solutions was able to access everything and complete the job quickly.

Infection afterwards for 6 weeks. They were very nice though and charged the average price. On Time, I would recommend them just don't let them put mastic in the air duct if you have lung issues.

Comments: Dennis worked on my furnace. He arrived promptly and was thoughtul enough to cover his shoes before entering my home. He knew what the problem was immediately and was able to get the work done in just about 30 minutes. He thoroughly explained my problem in a non-technical manner that made me feel comfortable. He really knows the business and I would highly recommend this company. I plan to hire them for the 2X a year maintenance as well.

I did have to request the estimate since this was done remotely but the owner resolved the a/c leak and coil replacement issue whereas other companies were trying to sell me a new system. Jason and Cathy were very helpful working with me and my tenant and had the best price alternative.
